On Friday evening April 1, 2011, the Broome County and Binghamton Police officials assisted investigators from the New York State Liquor Authority at the Rathskeller Bar on State Street in Binghamton.
Investigators discovered several underage patrons in the bar, along with other Alcohol-Beverage-Control law infractions.
At the conclusion of the investigation, Rathskeller owner Christine Pasquale was charged with Unlawful Sales of Alcoholic Beverages to Persons under-21.
She was ticketed and released.
