Soccer legend Mia Hamm was in the area over the weekend conducting a clinic at the Greater Binghamton Sports Complex.
Hamm’s continued popularity was demonstrated as about 300 participated in the two day clinic.
The all time leading goal scorer in international competition led the group in drills on Saturday and scrimmages on Sunday.
In 2007 she was inducted into the National Soccer Hall of Fame in Oneonta with 137 votes of the 141 ballots cast.
