New York State Police announced yesterday that troopers are looking for two teenage sisters who have reportedly been missing since April 27th. According state police, both of the girls live with their foster family in the Town of Binghamton. They were last seen at their Susquehanna Valley school waiting to get on the school bus at the end of the day. 15 year old Ky-Lea Fortner is described as a white female who is about 5’6” tall and thin build. She has medium-red hair, blue eyes and a lip piercing. 13 year old Shaeleen Fortner is described as a white female who is about 5’2” tall with a thin build. She has short dark brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information is asked to call New York State Police at (607) 775-1241.
