A hundred people in the streets–several police officers injured, more than a dozen arrests, and scores of police cars on the scene–That’s what happened at 51 Oak Street in Binghamton Thursday evening. A huge brawl broke out before nine o’clock. Late Thursday night, police were still processing those in custody, and details were few. Police tell Fox 40 News that charges against those arrested include Assault and Disorderly Conduct. No serious injuries were reported. No word yet on how or why the brawl began.
