In just over a week, the City of Binghamton will be abuzz with cars from yesteryear as they roll through the Southern Tier in The Great Race. The race is a national road rally of antiques vehicles traveling up the eastern portion of the nation, beginning in Tennessee and ending in Vermont. The racers will come through Binghamton and make an overnight stop in the city June 15th. Binghamton served as a stop for the race in 1995 and 2002. This time, they’ll be greeted by special guests including a Rod Serling impersonator and they’re urging you to stop by for the festivities.
