A third person has been arrested in connection with a string of tire slashings in the City of Binghamton. Michael Banks of Johnson City is charged with Criminal Mischief in the third degree.
Binghamton police say Banks, and two other people, are responsible for slashing tires on about 35 cars along Mather Street and surrounding blocks on the city’s west side. The incidents happened last Monday.
Last Thursday police arrested the first two suspects William Lynch and Brandon Chase. Like Banks, they are charged with criminal mischief.
