Two men have been arrested following a traffic stop on Main Street in Binghamton. 21-year-old Jonathon Kuhr and 24-year-old Anthony Dabbracci were both found to be in possession of a bag containing heroin, hypodermic syringes, and two loaded syringes, one containing heroin and one containing Opana, a controlled substance. Kuhr has no permanent address and Dabbracci lives on Madison Street in Cortland. Both men were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument. They are scheduled to appear in the City of Binghamton Court at a later date.
