Two men are arrested following an assault on Howard Avenue. It happened on Friday. Police responded to the Weis Market on Robinson Street where they found a 40-year-old man suffering from lacerations on his face. Authorities said they found the assault happened on Howard Avenue, and took 40-year-old Basil Halupke, and 34-year-old Frank Skinner, into custody. The two were charged with felony assault and sent to the Broome County Jail. The victim was sent to Wilson Hospital for treatment.
