On Wednesday, August 21 at approximately 2:55 pm, Binghamton Police Patrol division responded to 73 Decatur St., Binghamton, for a report of a female trapped under a vehicle. Upon arrival, officers found Katherina Bobier, 51 years old, of Vestal, a NYSEG employee, trapped under her NYSEG van. EMS responded and pronounced Bobier dead at the scene.
