Water will be shut off for certain Binghamton residents tomorrow due to repairs and maintenance to the water system. City officials say water service will be interrupted Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Atherly Park and Holmes Place. Neighbors on those streets are urged not to use their water during this time period because it could cause damage to pipes or appliances.
