Locations: Tioga And Broome Counties In New York And Bradford County In Pennsylvania.
* Hazards: Heavy Wet Snow. Snow Could Mix With Rain At Times…Especially In The Valleys.
* Accumulations: Snow Accumulations Ranging From 6 Inches In The Valleys To 10 Inches At The Higher Elevations.
* Timing: Until Into Late Afternoon.
* Temperatures: Lower 30S Falling Into The Upper 20S This Afternoon.
* Winds: Northeast Winds Around 5 Mph Becoming Northwest At 15 To 30 Mph During The Afternoon.
* Impacts: Very Dangerous Travel Due To Snow And Slush Covered Roads. Power Outages Possible Due To The Weight Of The Snow.
