The Dickinson Town Board has voted to condemn a vacant house at 50 N. Broad Street in the Brandywine Heights area.
The vacant property is littered with garbage and debris and has serious structural issues.
The Town Board considers it extremely unsafe and has a negative impact on surrounding properties in the neighborhood.
Demolition is planned for May 11th pending weather conditions.
This will be the second condemnation process that the Town has been involved in within the past 2 years.
Other neglected properties will be reviewed by the Board.
The demolition will be handled by the Lawrence Pierce-LCP Group of Vestal.
