Rochester Man Arrested for Passing Bad Check in Conklin

The Broome County Sheriffs Office Detective Division has arrested Paul Kozlyuk, 25, of Rochester.
Kozlyuk is accused of taking over $2900 worth of building materials and tools from an auction in the Town of Conklin in March.
At the time Kozlyuk paid for the materials with a check drawn on an account with insufficient funds.
Kozlyuk was charged with felony Grand Larceny.
An arrest warrant for the charge was issued from the Town of Conklin Court.
Kozlyuk was taken into custody on the warrant early this morning in Rochester.
He was transported back to Broome County and arraigned in the Town of Barker Court.
Kozlyuk was remanded to the Broome County Sheriffs Correctional Facility without bail.
Members of the US Marshals Regional Fugitive Task Force assisted with the arrest.
