The Johnson City Board of Trustees proposed its new health insurance changes for retired members on Friday. The new plan would save the village money, but cost retirees more. The plan calls for retirees to pay double the cost of all normal expenses, and about five times as much for medications. This new plan would affect about 70 local residents.
