Vestal Dog Control is seeking the public’s help after the discovery of two dead puppies in a cooler last week.
The cooler was found on the side of Underwood Road in Vestal on Wednesday, March 27th. An officer confirmed that two deceased pit bull puppies were found inside.
The dogs were approximately four months old with white and dark grey markings.
