The Delaware County District Attorney’s Office has announced a five-count indictment against a Delhi man who is accused of raping a victim last year.
According to WBNG-TV, 34-year-old John P. Regazzi has been charged with felony counts of rape in the first degree and criminal sexual act in the first degree, and misdemeanor counts of assault, menacing and unlawful imprisonment.
Regazzi is accused of raping a victim on Aug. 1, 2024.
A Delaware County Grand Jury indicted Regazzi on February 13th.
