The demolition project at the former IBM buildings in Endicott began this week.
The project is being supported by $8 million dollars in funding from New York State and Broome County.
The future plans for the site at the corner of McKinley Ave. and North Street are unknown.
The demolition project is expected to be completed by late spring.
