Two Deposit brothers are scheduled to be sentenced this week in Broome County following charges from a narcotics raid in January. 43-year-old William Michalski and 44-year-old Paul Michalski had a search warrant executed on their vehicle on Conklin Avenue, and were found with 33 bags of heroin with intent to sell. They will be sentenced on Friday following guilty pleas to felony attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance. Prosecutors have recommended a split sentence of four months in county jail and five years of probation.
