A Texas fugitive was arrested by New York State Police following a traffic stop on State Route 17 in Vestal. As originally reported on Thursday, troopers arrested 32-year-old Keith Curran of Arlington, Texas on Wednesday after he was found to have an active warrant for his arrest from the Dallas County Sheriff’s Department. Police have now released that the warrant comes after Curran was charged with robbery back in December of 2012. He was arraigned in the Town of Vestal court and sent to the Broome County jail without bail.
