A Dickinson man previously charged with statutory rape is now facing nine additional charges for filming sexual acts with his juvenile victim.
On March 11, Broome County Sheriff’s Office detectives had charged Jordan C. Wilson, age 20 of Dickinson, NY, with Rape in the 2nd Degree (Victim under 15 years), a Class D Felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class A Misdemeanor, as part of an ongoing investigation into statutory rape in the Town of Colesville.
Wilson was taken into custody on the above charges, arraigned and released in accordance with New York State Law.
As the investigation continued, BCSO detectives obtained and executed additional search warrants related to the case and recovered multiple video recordings of Wilson engaging in sexual acts with the juvenile victim.
Following the investigation, Jordan C Wilson was arrested again and charged with the following:
– Three Counts of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance, Class C Felonies
– Three Counts of Promoting an Obscene Sexual Performance by a Child, Class D Felonies
– Three Counts of Possession of an Obscene Sexual Performance by a Child, Class E Felonies
Wilson will be arraigned for the additional charges at Central Arraignment Part and remains in custody at the Broome County Sheriff’s Correctional Facility.
