Broome County jury found Bilal A. Flynn, 49, of Endicott, guilty Monday of eight felony and two misdemeanor drug counts, related to a June 2019 arrest, in the Town of Union. At trial, prosecutors proved Flynn unlawfully possessed narcotics with the intent to sell.
“Another drug dealer has been convicted and removed from the streets of Broome County,” said District Attorney Michael A. Korchak. “By working earnestly with law enforcement, we will continue to rid our community of drug dealers, as we work to save lives and get drug users the help they need.”

- 220.16 Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, in the third degree, a Class B Felony (seven counts),
- 220. 09 Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, in the fourth degree, a Class C Felony,
- 220.50 Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia, in the second degree, a Misdemeanor (two counts).
Flynn was arrested June 7, 2019, by the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force; he was indicted by a Grand Jury on August 9, 2019. Sentenced is scheduled for June 2, 2020.
