The Endicott Police Department has announced that they made six arrests and issued 22 tickets during a “Quality of Life” detail last Wednesday. The multi-agency patrol saturated the Village of Endicott with uniformed and plain clothes officers to target all levels of offenses that affect the quality of life for village residents, with special emphasis on narcotics. The effort was a joint detail with the Broome County District Attorney’s Office, the Sheriff’s Office, and New York State Police. Endicott Police Chief Patrick Garey says more of these “quality of life” details will be held throughout the summer.
