Endicott police have arrested a man after they say officers were fired at with a BB gun while they investigated a burglary at Upper Cuts Barbershop in the Village of Endicott. No officers were injured. Now, police have arrested 47-year-old Angel Rohena of South Duane Avenue. His charges include felony criminal possession of a weapon; one count of reckless endangerment in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor; and one count of burglary in the third degree, a Class D felony. As for the burglary police discovered that Rohana had allegedly stolen an ATM machine containing an undisclosed amount of money. With the help of the New York State Police Dive Team, the ATM was located in the Susquehanna River in the Town of Union. The continued investigation resulted in a search of a Town of Maine residence, which recovered a portion of the stolen currency.
