Arrests Made Following Endicott Shots Fired Incident

On Saturday the Endicott Police responded to a report of shots fired at 4:23AM on Cleveland Avenue. Upon arrival, police found that the involved parties had fled. Spent shotgun shells were found in the front of several residences. No injuries were reported. After an investigation, police made two arrests. 24-year-old Tyler Zacharias of Endicott was charged with Reckless Endangerment and Menacing as a Hate Crime. 21-year-old Marissa Shank was charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration and Hindering Prosecution. Zacharias is alleged to have pointed his shotgun at a 17-year-old. Both suspects are in jail awaiting arraignment.
