Attorneys for Endicott Interconnect filed documents in bankruptcy court requesting a postponement of their hearing on Wednesday. The request comes after a seven-page objection was filed by the U.S. Trustees Office on Tuesday that brought about concerns regarding the proposed sale of EI’s assets to an insider-owned company. EI, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on July 10th, owns property worth approximately $36 million, but has liabilities totaling close to $87 million.
