A narcotics search warrant was executed on Wednesday on Pine Street in Endicott. The New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team seized about 48 grams of crack cocaine, 25 grams of heroin, a small amount of marihuana, and cash. 38-year-old Rolando Kennedy of Endicott was charged with two felony counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and one count of Tampering with Physical Evidence. Kennedy was arraigned on the charges and remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail.
