An Endicott man has been arrested on charges of raping a 16 year old girl.
Scott Hart, 21, provided alcohol to the girl and then had sex with her.
Hart has been charged with felony rape and felony criminal sex act, among other charges.
He’s being held at the Broome County Jail without bail.
