An Endicott man is facing robbery charges after police say he stole a woman’s car. 25-year-old Daunte Reynolds has been charged with a felony count of robbery in the second degree, along with misdemeanor counts of criminal mischief and resisting arrest. According to the Broome County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to Lower Stella Ireland Road after a cell phone called 911 and hung up. Upon their arrival, police found a woman in the roadway who had claimed her vehicle was stolen. Deputies said the woman was picking up Reynolds because he was drunk, but after an altercation between the two, Reynolds dragged the woman from the driver side of the vehicle, and fled the scene in the car. He was found on Lincoln Avenue in Endicott. The woman was not seriously injured during the fight between the two, and Reynolds was arraigned and sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
