On March 22nd, the Endicott Police arrested Tyler Delario-Mancini, 19, of Endicott for Grand Larceny and one count of Forgery; both are felony charges.
Delario-Mancini is accused of finding an ATM credit/debit card in the ATM at 911 North St. and then using the card to make purchases at Wal-Mart in Vestal.
Delario-Mancini was arraigned in the Village of Endicott court and released on his own recognizance.
