An Endicott man is charged with manufacturing methamphetamines. Police detectives say 46-year-old Robert Ricci Jr. was walking up and down Jenkins Street several times with a lock box and grocery bag. When an officer questioned him, parts of a portable meth lab were discovered. HAZMAT teams responded because of the explosive nature of the equipment. Ricci is facing one count of unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamines and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
