Endicott Police have been busy.
Police arrested 35-year-old Pedro Garcia, who they say drove from his home in Pennsylvania to Endicott, where he broke into his ex-wife’s home and stabbed her and her boyfriend multiple times in their heads, backs, arms and legs. The attack allegedly happened on March 27th. He was arrested about two weeks later, and was just moved to the Broome County Jail on Thursday. He is being held without bail. The victims have since been released from the hospital.
A second Endicott incident resulted in the arrest of three Broome County teens. Police say 18-year-olds Kyle Lewis and Steven Wolcott, as well as 17-year-old Shawn Sanford, broke into an apartment on Watson Boulevard in the early morning hours of April 18th. When the owner came home, police say the three teens attacked him, striking him in the back of the head and stabbing him in the neck and stomach. All three teens have been charged with burglary, and are being held in the Broome County Jail.
