An Endwell man was arrested yesterday by the Broom County Sheriffs Office Detective Division and charged with sexual abuse in the 2nd degree and endangering the welfare of a child. 44 year old Steven M. Caram is accused of having sexual contact with a 14 year old female in February. He was taken into custody in the Town of Dickinson and arraigned in the Town of Union Court and released pending further court action.
