Guilty Plea in the Town of Union Sunoco Robbery

Christopher Berkman, 25, of Endicott pleaded guilty to one count of Robbery in the First Degree in Broome County Court on Friday.
Berkman admitted to a January 24th armed robbery at the Sunoco Convenience Store in the Town of Union.
Berkman will be sentenced on July 28th to seven years in prison with five years post release supervision.
Berkman remains in custody in lieu of bail.
He displayed a knife during the crime.
The case was investigated by the Endicott Police Department and the New York State Police.
