Endicott Police have made a meth bust. Police arrested 28-year-old Phillip Sergeant of State Route 7 in Harpursville. He was charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the second degree and one count of Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine in the third degree. The New York State Police Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team was called in to secure the evidence. Sergeant is being detained pending arraignment.
