Saturday marked Make a Difference Day and people across the nation took part in one way or another. Some Endicott residents say the village is not what it used to be and cleaned up the place they call home. Volunteers walked up and down the street cleaning, and residents and especially business owners stopped them to say thank you. By raking leaves, pulling out weeds, and putting in new stone, volunteers say they hope to send a message to the rest of the village, that the community needs to come together to turn Endicott back into what it used to be.
