Man Arrested For Bilking State Of Unemployment Benefits

An Endicott man was arrested after police said he bilked the state out of thousands of dollars in unemployment benefits. According to Endicott police, 50-year-old Vincent Wallace received $8,914 in unemployment benefits from November 2011 to October 2012, although he was not entitled to receive them. He was charged with one count of grand larceny in the third degree, a class D felony.
He was arraigned in the Village of Endicott Court and released on his own recognizance.
