On March 30 at approximately 5:08 p.m., New York State Police at Endwell arrested Alexia M. Pike, age 32 of Endicott, for the misdemeanor of Forgery in the third degree.

An investigation began on March 25, when troopers were contacted by a member of the Broome County Sheriff’s Department after Pike’s employer called the Sheriff’s Department. According to Deputies, Pike showed her employer a picture of a “warning ticket” that was allegedly issued by a Broome County Deputy for traveling during the State of Emergency related to COVID-19.  A further investigation revealed the “warning ticket” was fictitious and utilized a trooper’s name and shield number. The trooper, whose name and shield was used, had assisted Pike in January when she was involved in a motor vehicle accident.

Pike was contacted and she responded to State Police, Endwell, where she was arrested, processed and issued an appearance ticket directing her to the town of Union court on May 19.
