Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force executed a narcotics search warrant Thursday at 215 N. Duane Ave., Endicott. Ryan M. Mills and Mercedes L. Menchaca were arrested following the execution of the search warrant. Task Force investigators located approximately 36 grams of methamphetamine, powder cutting agents, approximately $810 in suspected drug sale proceeds, drug packaging materials and digital scales used to weigh narcotics. Both subjects were scheduled to be arraigned Thursday.
