Two Endicott Residents Charged In Separate Incidents

Two Endicott residents have been charged in two separate incidents on Saturday. 18-year-old Austin Novak of Monroe Street has been charged with felony fourth-degree grand larceny after allegedly stealing an ATM card, according to Endicott Police. Novak is accused of using the card to illegally withdraw money. He is set to appear in the Village of Endicott Court at a later date. Also on Saturday, 52-year-old Joseph Lazarro was charged with felony burglary. Lazarro is a resident at the Endicott Inn and is accused of entering the hotel manager’s apartment and stealing $800. He was arraigned in village court and sent to the Broome County Jail without bail.
