Endicott Police have identified the victim of Sunday’s shooting on Harrison Avenue.
Franchon Jemmott, 35, of Brooklyn was killed at about 3:30AM.
Police searched several locations after the incident, but no arrests have yet been made.
Jemmott served two terms in Attica in the late 1990s and early 2000s on weapons and assault charges.
