Endwell man charged with vehicle arson in Johnson City

An Endwell man is facing arson charges after he allegedly set an SUV on fire on Christmas Day.

According to Johnson City Police, the incident occurred just before 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 25 on Saint Charles Street.

An investigation into the incident found the fire was intentionally set.

The suspect is 30-year-old Nathan Miller, who was tracked down at the Knight’s Inn on East Main Street in Endwell.

Miller was taken into custody for questioning and charged with arson. He also had outstanding warrants in Broome County for criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny.
