The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force arrested a 56-year-old Endwell man and recovered drugs and weapons after executing a search warrant in Binghamton on July 24th.
Phillip Alvarez has been charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, resisting arrest and other related charges.
Police said they discovered multiple loaded guns, around 148 grams of cocaine and crack cocaine, over $5,000 in suspected drug proceeds and items used for weighing and packaging narcotics.
