Over 1,600 residents in the village of Endicott lost power Monday evening. Electricity was restored to most home by 9:30 last night. Endicott Police say they are unsure why power was lost, but two streets with the most outages were Glendale Drive and Jane Lacey Drive, where over 500 customers were without power.
