On March 7, Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force executed a narcotics search warrant at 223 Wilson Ave., Endwell, that resulted in the arrest of Stephen J. Kutney III. During a search of the residence, investigators found a small amount of methamphetamine and fentanyl packaged for sale, numerous controlled substance prescription pills, approximately $700 in suspected drug sale money, drug packaging materials and digital scales.
The Task Force was assisted by a Broome County Sheriff’s Office patrol unit in a marked car.
Kutney was arraigned and remanded to the custody of the Broome County jail without bail.
