Former Congressman Marc Molinaro could have a new role in the federal government.
Molinaro, who represented New York’s 19th congressional district, is on his way to being confirmed as the Head of the Federal Transit Administration
His nomination was advanced by a 20-4 vote in the Senate Banking Committee. He will now face a full Senate vote.
