The former Davis College campus in Johnson City could soon become a housing community.
Square Deal Partners is planning to develop the 16-acre site along Riverside Drive into a housing complex called Riverside Gardens.
The complex will offer between 67 and 71 units of market-rate apartments along with four commercial units available for rent.
The $15.5 million dollar project received around $4.5 million worth of tax exemptions from the Broome County IDA.
