The former Harpursville Central School District employee who was arrested last week is facing child porn charges.
The New York State Police have charged 37-year-old Christopher A. Banks with felony possessing a sexual performance by a child.
During the investigation, police also discovered that 38-year-old Mark G. Banks had allegedly sexually abused a dairy cow while employed at a farm in Colesville.
Mark Banks has been charged with misdemeanor sexual misconduct. Both suspects were issued appearance tickets to appear in the Colesville Town Court.
