State Senator Fred Akshar has named four additional students to ‘Akshar’s All-Stars’. At Susquehanna Valley High School, senior Alyssa Lezotte was recognized for her dedication to volunteer work. At Chenango Valley High School, sophomore Olivia Bochenek was recognized for her work ethic and participation in extracurricular activities. At Chenango Forks Middle School, 8th grader Thomas Kapinus was recognized for his academic achievements, and at Whitney Point High School, senior Amy Stevens was recognized for her outstanding leadership.
Each student recognized as an “Akshar All-Star” receives a t-shirt, framed certificate and a challenge coin.
