Gander Mountain in Johnson City has once again opened its doors. For the first time in over two years, the store was open on Tuesday, after flooding back in 2011 forced its closure. The building had to be gutted and had been vacant since. The company announced back in January that the store would be reopening and bringing up to 70 jobs to the area.
