The Broome County District Attorney’s Office has announced that a 38-year-old Greene man has been sentenced to eight years in prison for drug-related crimes.
Martin Matias was convicted of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.
He was stopped for having improper plates on Oct. 13, 2023 and found with 6 ounces of methamphetamine, a digital scale and packaging materials.
Matias will also serve three years of post-release supervision.
